This course teaches users how to use the desktop publishing tool widely considered to be the industry standard in order to create professional quality corporate marketing materials and effective communication pieces.
You will continue to work on projects started in the level one class, such as business proposal templates, business cards, brochures, prospectus documents, annual reports, and more. You will learn how to use quick keys, import and export complicated files, and work with styles, including nesting styles. You will also work with tables, table styles, and graphics within tables, utilize transparency and Photoshop blending modes, incorporate Illustrator files, and work with type and photo effects from Photoshop. Additionally, your instructor will cover color concepts, typography, working with long documents, and incorporating XML into InDesign.
