Documentary for OCVA Showcasing the EV Festival in North Bend, Oreogn

Project Overview

The Oregon Coast Visitors Association commissioned Lumenbrite in collaboration with the Itty Bitty Inn to produce a short documentary highlighting the Electric Vehicle Festival (EV Fest). The production also provided a visual narrative of the surrounding area, promoting and documenting both the event and the scenic beauty of the Oregon Coast.

Capturing the Event's Story

Lumenbrite conducted onsite interviews to let the vendors, staff and attendees speak the story of the event. The best interviews were selected for the final production.

Branding

Lumenbrite designed a complete branding identity for the EV Fest. The aim was to create an engaging, tech-centric event that would draw in the local community, providing them with insights into the exciting advancements in EV technology.

Web & Mobile

Lumenbrite developed a fully responsive website featuring sponsor logos and essential event information, designed to boost attendance and facilitate post-event promotion for the following year.

Mini Documentary

The final event documentary was condensed from approximately 15 minutes to around 5 minutes, focusing on encapsulating the essence of the event.

Services and Toolkit

Lumenbrite traveled from Austin, Texas to the beautiful Oregon Coast with camera gear and crew. A full production was created, including nature drone footage shot for the production.
