October 15, 2020: In this time of social distancing, we are offering more Online Instructor-Led classes as an alternative to our in-person training classes. If you attend an Online Instructor-Led class with us, you may retake your course in a formed, in-person class at either our Austin or Phoenix-Tempe locations later in 2021. This limited time offer will be at no additional cost to you, and waives the retake fees that are typically applied to our course retakes.
The retake class must be an already scheduled class at our Austin or Phoenix-Tempe locations, and must be attended before June 30, 2021. You must bring your original training materials, and the version of the class must be the same as the original version that you attended. You will be allowed one retake class. To arrange a retake, please contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
Yes, our Online Instructor-Led courses will typically be recorded. After the training is completed, you will receive an email from the instructor with a link to download the recording. The recordings will be available for download for 14 days after the last day of class.
Each student is furnished with a comfortable workstation including software for use during the class. Class projects (including graphics, text blocks and other content) and related course files are also provided, unless otherwise noted. Each student that completes one of our Adobe training courses will receive an Adobe nationally recognized certificate of completion.
Each class is proctored by one instructor and possibly an assistant depending on the class size. Students are encouraged, but not forced to ask and answer questions. Our intent is to create a positive learning experience that will leave you satisfied and confident.
A typical class is usually between 4 to 10 students.
We typically provide hands-on training that is taught over a period of consecutive days. These classes require 12-18 hours of time in the classroom depending on the course. Typically, two short breaks and a lunch break are taken depending on the class duration.
Once the basic course requirements of the class are met, students may work on their own, specific project in class (if desired), and our instructors may offer assistance if time permits.
