Frequently Asked Questions

Limited Time Offer for Online Instructor-Led Training

March 20, 2020: In this time of social distancing, we are offering more Online Instructor-Led classes as an alternative to our in-person training classes. If you attend an Online Instructor-Led class with us, you may retake your course in a formed, in-person class at either our Austin, Houston, or Phoenix-Tempe locations later in the year. This limited time offer will be at no additional cost to you, and waives the retake fees that are typically applied to our course retakes.

The retake class must be an already scheduled class at our Austin, Houston, or Phoenix-Tempe locations, and must be attended during before December 31, 2020. You must bring your original training materials, and the version of the class must be the same as the original version that you attended. You will be allowed one retake class. To arrange a retake, please contact our office at support@lumenbrite.com and we will assist you.
