The After Effects Bootcamp training in Austin is a combination course that includes both of our essential skills classes. This course provides a complete After Effects foundation, starting at a foundation level and progressing to intermediate skill level.

An After Effects Foundation

Create kinetic typography, animate vector logos, and manipulate Photoshop graphics to create captivating visuals that can be used in social media or video post-production. Your instructor will teach you a variety of animation techniques that incorporate easing, basic expressions, and other effects.

Explore Effects and 3D Workflows

Learn to apply and manipulate a variety of built-in effects to color and manipulate footage. Explore the use of several tools to create Hollywood-style effects for your animations and videos. Explore the use of the 3D tools in After Effects to fly through images, create depth and extrude text.

Learn Different Tracking Methods

Explore a variety of tracking skills for different purposes. The trackers learnt in class include mask tracking, point tracking, and 3D camera tracking. You'll also be introduced to Mocha AE to incorporate planar tracking for screen replacements.

Compositing and Animation

Manipulate masks and mattes to create compositions, track mattes, and work with keyed (green-screen) backgrounds. Animate masks manually and leverage new Adobe artificial intelligence tools like the upgraded Rotobrush tool, the Essential Graphics panel, and more.
