Overview

Plan and design interactive, fillable form fields in PDF documents using LiveCycle Designer.

Create a brand new form, or take an existing form design from Word, InDesign or another graphic design program and covert it to a fillable form with menus, date pickers, digital signature fields and more.  Leverage the existing templates built into LiveCycle to create a professionally styled form from start to finish. Work with basic equations to create field calculations.  Create submit and email buttons to add interactivity. Create forms that hide optional content or expand to accommodate extra information.

This course also includes an in-depth look at creating your forms to be 508 compliant for accessibility standards.  You will learn how to implement these standards into your forms.

LiveCycle Designer is Windows only software.  Acrobat Pro also has form creation capabilities, but LiveCycle Designer is a more capable program for creating basic to advanced PDF forms.

Your instructor will cover the pitfalls, and the best practices will be followed so that you are able to rapidly develop forms using the latest standards in this Adobe LiveCycle class.
