Warranty & Return Policies
If you were not completely satisfied with the training you received you may retake our Adobe training courses, but you must let us know in writing that you want to retake training. Retake fees are as follows, based on when you notify us that you would like to retake, from your original class start date.
0 to 3 months: $100.00 retake fee
3 to 6 months: 60% off class
6 to 9 months: 40% off class
9 to 12 months: 20% off class
The training must be a formed scheduled class at one of our locations. You must bring your original training materials and the version of the class must be the same as the original version that you attended. You will be allowed one retake class and must prepare yourself by self-studying or by other means prior to retaking your class. Our other training courses may be retaken on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be satisfied, contact us for more information.
All fees, payments, and funds applied toward a training service agreement with Lumenbrite training are nonrefundable to the participants, clients, or trainees stated under these terms and conditions of this legal binding document. This includes any commitment including a verbal or written promise such as a Purchase Order to pay. It is the student's responsibility to attend the class they are registered for. However, all students may cancel up to 10 business days prior to the scheduled training with LUMENBRITE TRAINING and apply any payment, funds, or purchase orders, already invested in a training agreement toward a future training offered by the center. Included in the price of each individual training seat, is a $150.00 nonrefundable administrative fee.
