Overview
The InDesign Corporate Marketing Bootcamp training is a comprehensive course that pairs and integrates both of our Corporate Marketing I and II classes. This course is a complete foundation that starts at a beginning level and progresses to an intermediate level of mastery.
This course is designed for business professionals who want to learn how to create professional marketing materials and engaging communication pieces using InDesign, the industry standard desktop publishing tool. It is a comprehensive program that starts at a beginner level and progresses to an intermediate level of mastery. During the course, you will work on various projects such as business proposal templates, business cards, brochures, prospectus documents, annual reports, and more.
Your instructor will guide you through the process of creating flowing text, incorporating graphic frames for images and backgrounds, and using color and typography concepts in your InDesign workflow. You will also learn how to use master pages, paragraph and character styles to build layouts efficiently, and how to export an Acrobat PDF with the proper settings. In addition to these skills, you will also learn how to maximize your efficiency with quick keys, import and export complicated files, work with styles including the nesting of styles, use tables and table styles, incorporate transparency and Photoshop blending modes, and work with Illustrator files and type and photo effects from Photoshop.
The Adobe InDesign course will also cover long document management and the incorporation of XML into InDesign. This Adobe InDesign class is tailored for business professionals and is suitable for both small and large organizations. Our clients in these classes include employees from energy companies, financial investment and banking firms, and government agencies seeking effective branding and communication strategies.
