After Effects Training: Prototyping UI Animation

Overview

Present your interface designs with slick animations created with After Effects.

In this training, you will utilize After Effects, Adobe XD and Photoshop to create slick animated prototypes to present your work in upcoming pitches and demos to developers, designers and stakeholders.

Simulate phone and other device interface movement, including easing, timing, parallax, zooming and other animation principles. Work with Photoshop and Adobe XD to create optimized assets for import into After Effects. Apply your device animations to device mocks with simulated touch recordings.

This course serves as a foundation After Effects course for UX strategists, UI designers and managers. Some lessons will include workflows between Photoshop and Adobe XD or Sketch UI, but these lessons are not the emphasis of this course.
